Nivel Hospitality Group was founded by Arron Cappello and DJ Flores of Milpa, with a determination to offer something they have been planning and scheming for close to a decade. This partnership began as a working friendship and grew as they worked in and helmed kitchens in some of the larger restaurant groups of Las Vegas. After almost every shift together they would go out post shift for a few drinks and talk for hours about creating something that they had both yet to come across in the desert—a hospitality group founded on the fundamentals and basic of hospitality, service and quality while uplifting those who make up the work force. Somewhere they both wanted to work and a place they would dream of hanging out at.

Nivel Hospitality is a Latin founded and operated group whose first and foremost belief is if you are going to start something it needs to make the people who are working there feel like they are really doing something in the world. This does not translate to the back breaking and pain staking day in day out people come a custom to while working in this field. Nivel’s goal is to bring the correct puzzle pieces into the team that can add to the hospitality and growth that builds the group and offers something to the guest they had no idea they were missing.  The goal is to create a community of like minded people who want somewhere they can share their knowledge and be heard as well as take on a whole life time of new knowledge just by working with their peers. The ego is taken out as the platform is structured to grow as everyone grows with it.
